- Our return policy allows for a refund ONLY if incorrect or defective books/item(s)
- You have 24 hours to report (by email) damage item from date of received.
- Books can be exchanged if there is a manufacturing fault.
- Food item, parfume, stationery are non-returnable & non-refundable.
- “Change of mind” basis is not allowed to all products.
- Kindly include picture snapshot of defective/damage items.
- Original receipt is needed for product exchange within 7 days after purchased.
- Product can be exchanged provided that the product are in new and original condition.
- Before proceeding with return, customer MUST get approval from our company via email or sms or whatsapp.
- Return of item without approval from us will be rejected & no refund will be given.
- We only replace similar item to new one for replacement.
- If no stock for replacement then, we will email you e-voucher with similar value with damage stock.
- No cash value or credit card value will be refunded.
- E-voucher can be used to purchase item from our website only by entering e-voucher number in specified column.
- We are not responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for return to be refunded to your card.
- Return of item cost/charges will be paid by customer.
- Return cost/charges is non-refundable.
- Only for book damages such as missing pages,miss print will allow to claim for return cost/charges.
